A renovation of a family residence.
The basement was previously isolated from the house. By creating an atrium, a beautiful fully-fledged space is created which the kids now have as their playroom.
On the ground floor the kitchen was placed centrally to become the heart of the house and the first floor was modernised.
The end result was a successful makeover, creating the feeling of a brand new home without having to endure the stress of moving!
